rom cleaning was good. and also location.
had occasional problems with key cards. many swipes needed. had to get hem updatedtwice. also, having fedback aboutsecurityproblem to staff - did not get proper feedback. a stranger got into the roomsing a key card. when mywife asked him(teenager)which room he wanted he got out. this was early morning. staff said it was 'clening staff' but it wasnt. nobody up the ladder came to ask anything. such a serious breach and yet - no action ( in the form of a simple inquiry) from management.

Impressive place, lovely stuff. Brand-new, fashionable units provided with a fan, bathroom and excellant WiFi. Delicious food for breakfast at the restaurant. The location marvellous and brilliant to all the rail links. What a FANTASTIC stay, no complains at all.

Close to the Eurostar.
Given a room when you are painting the hallway. Paint smell in room. Yes the desk did change us to a different room. Why would you paint at the start of holiday season?

Exceptionally comfortable beds
Modern rooms and clean bath. Incredibly welcoming and accommodating workers. - Marvellous location for the price, just off both underground and international train stations

The hotel is in a very good location for transport connections to the rest of London. Good sized, modern and clean rooms, and given that hotels are so expensive in London, was fairly reasonable in price.
The "pay as you go" system without the ability to charge hotel expenses (breakfast etc) to the room. Internet really should be free these days.

The room was good sized and brand-new. There were an air conditioner, coffee, and ample tea. Had an outstanding meal in the restaurant. the hotel was close to railway and underground, the train station and three major railway stations thanks to its amazing location. Rewritten Review: The room was spacious and recently renovated, equipped with an air conditioner, coffee, and plenty of tea. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at the restaurant. the hotel's convenient location near the railway, underground, and major railway stations made it very accessible.
